Sebastian Pötzsch has several years of experience in management consulting as well as in the finance and real estate sector . Mister Pötzsch worked for Accenture Strategy as well as for Deloitte Consulting what enabled him to collect a huge amount of experiences as a project manager in banking.
Furthermore, Mister Pötzsch has a master in General Management from the European Business School (EBS) , Oestrich-Winkel .

Besides that , she supports the business development in the sector of capital acquisition through her international network of leading investors and she besides that she takes care of the clients in consulting activities.
Matthias Till has more than 10 years experience in mergers & acquisitions, investment banking and strategy consulting. He has worked at Lehman Brothers and had multiple leadership positions at Ernst & Young, Accenture and Deloitte. Mr Till accompanied some of the largest transactions in the German speaking market within the last 10 years. In this context he was working for banks, large corporates and private equity clients.

Mr Till has a master in economics and an MBA of the London Business School.
As CEO and General Manager he is responsible for M&A and capital acquisition.
